*You are responsible for reading the following policy*
1) Children UNDER the age of 16 must be accompanied by and adult for their entire service and for their safety CANNOT be present in the salon unless they are booked for a service.
2) I DO NOT take braids or extensions down at your service unless booked. A $50 charge will be added to your service if I have to remove braids or extensions.
3) ALL Lace frontals and closures MUST be provided at least 2 days prior to service for customizing. Same day customizing will be an additional $50 fee. If you are coloring your extensions they MUST be provided at least a WEEK prior to your service.
4) Extensions must be CLEAN, dry, and free of thread and product. If you have short cut wefts there will be an additional $35 fee.
5) No Call No Show will result in NO future appointment and a 100% payment of services fee. Less than 24 hour cancellations will result in a %50 fee. After being 15 minutes late without a phone call your appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled. Please respect my time and others.
